They may have been a staple of your diet during college because they are easy to prepare and affordable even on the smallest of budgets. But that product is a far cry from authentic ramen noodles, which are a fresh wheat pasta.

At Uncle Joe’s Hong Kong Bistro we proudly serve ramen noodles and they are award-winning. Ours took home the coveted first place prize at the 2015 Ramen Throwdown. Executive Chef Thach Tran was inspired by a popular Hong Kong noodle dish that uses brisket. He created our ramen using Sichuan spices, braised beef brisket, and it comes topped with a medium poached egg.
